My last among many ops. hip surgery next day lets go troop get up start walking. It hurts buddy but listen to your Docs. and those great therapists..

No bedtime for me yet, it’s been a recliner until my sternum heals , yeah I get around walk some in and out of the house, I’m improving. But the damn surgery sucks After two days in ICU third day they got me up..

Open heart? Stay strong and remember: When you go to cardiac rehab, those nurses and trainers will all be happy, pleasant people. Smiles, encouragement, making sure you’re exercising in a comfortable range.

It’s a TRAP! About 3 weeks in the masks come off and they turn into slave driving sadists who seem to think they get paid in direct proportion to how much you sweat.

Yeah open heart, bypass plus Aortic valve replacement. Therapy? Hospital was supposed to get me some but never materialized. It’s all right I do my breathing exercises and my walking, I’ll be happy to get another 15 years, maybe 20.
