Me and my brother had a replica that we called, Mr. Nasty. It was the .44 Mag of its day. In fact, we took a wire and brazed it to a .44 mag casing to use as a powder measure for it. He carried it under the seat of his truck at 18. Good thing he did. One time, a couple biker-looking dudes in an old truck decided they were going to mess with the "punk kid" and bumped him at a stoplight in Tucson. He didn't think much of it after the first, but then a second bump and he ran the light before they could get a third. They followed him through the light and chased him into an industrial area. He said they were pointing for him to pull over. He whipped into a vacant dirt lot and spun a 180. As the dust settled, the truck pulled up beside him to find Mr. Nasty looking at the passenger. He said the passenger hit the floor and the driver hit the gas. Moral of the story: Before you decide to mess with someone on the road, think about what they might have that you cannot see.
