Thank you guys. We were going to one fancy restaurant nearby but my daughter called, "go to this other place instead, food is much better", not far from us, an Argentinian/Italian restaurant, beautiful inside, great service, we settled on a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, good enough for two people it said, so I grilled the poor waitress, " look, Bistecca alla Fiorentinna has to be two to three fingers thick, must weight about 6 lbs before cooking and must be rare inside", is that what you really have?..."Sir no one has ever complained before"...OK, let's have it with mushroom risotto and some other stuff my wife wanted. Holy crap, it was a real Bistecca alla Fiorentina, we could not eat it all and it was cooked perfectly, expensive too but what the hell I had a real one outside of Italy.
