I’m afraid we are toast, or at least extremely close. With DSA and their free stuff, fucking commies, goat rapers and this unplayable debt caused by this overspending Con-gress we may not pull out of this dive. I really mis my country.

Terminate the Federal Reserve. Erase the debt. It's all just fake currency backed by nothing but thin air anyway.

Good old "Private Company" called the Federal Reserve. Charles Lindberg's father a congressman from 1907 to 1917 claimed at the time if they allowed the Fed. Reserve to take over the banks our country would be bankrupt by the year 2000. 1913 it was a go for the Fed. Reserve and Mr. Lindberg senior was off in his prediction by just a few years.
Their is no way possible to sustain a 40 Trillion $$ debt. and rising rapidly for our present monetary system to survive. The American dollar pretty much still sets the standard for the whole worlds currencies. If we go the whole world comes with us and were getting damn close.

40 trillion sounds pretty bad, but you look out the window and the sun still rises every morning. I try not to worry over things I have no control over, and the national debt it one of those things. I still pay attention, of course; but it doesn't keep me up at night.

What I'm doing in my later years (age 62) is to try to unleash some of my investments into things that bring me happiness. Just recently, wife and I purchased 16 additional acres adjoining our 20 acre cabin property. We didn't absolutely NEED it, but it was a cool addition. We rationalized it as simply transferring money from a mutual fund into a "real estate fund". I guarantee you that the 16 acres of forest nobody has entered in decades will bring us more joy than any mutual fund statement.

Throughout our lives, we've lived frugally, saved, invested and sacrificed. It pisses me off that our government can't even begin to handle money the way I can. But like I said... I try not to dwell on it.

I only owe a few bucks and am in the process of paying off my mortgage on this swamp shack. While I am in the process of paying the few thousand lousy $$ the mortgage company caught that my insurance on the place had lapsed. Fla. if you have a mortgage you must have insurance. They made me pay around $3,000 for insurance. I will be refunded a portion when the check hits their company next week.
The fact being the mortgage companies control the strings and I was forced to get a hundred grand $$ on a stinking low balance. Mother friggers.
