Lindsay Clancy's lawyer asks Trump to pardon her after mistrial

Lindsay Clancy's attorney Kevin Reddington said he is hopeful for an agreement between the defense and the district attorney after Clancy's trial ended last week in a hung jury.

Reddington also said he hopes President Donald Trump would consider a pardon for his client.

Clancy's lawyer is the one that is crazy. She should have been shot while trying to escape or something, she doesn't deserve to live.

I listened to her lawyer speak to the judge for about 20 minutes. What he wants.

He wants the chick set free as 11 jurors are voting for acquittal. The one hold out juror says NO guilty. Her lawyer says the man did not read or understand the evidence so she is NOT guilty? Hmmm Frig him the man can vote however he wants period. The lawyer is grasping for straws and is wrong and the judge knows it. A mistrial is coming if it has not already?

What that lawyer did was unprofessional and highly unethical. You never attack the jury or even worse call one out. If I was the judge I would submit an ethics complaint to the local BPR but most criminal judges are pussies so it wont happen. Also, the prosecution's attorney was not very impressive. I listened to her direct examination of the State's expert and she has no idea how to ask a non-leading question. I suspect the prosecution figured this was a slam dunk and got lazy. This case should have been a slam dunk.

Yes should have been a guilty which most all of them are. As you know pleading insanity is a tough try but when its hopeless to win hell give it a go. Well hell the defense was one vote away from that exception. I did not follow the trial but the defense lawyer must have gotten into the animals kill their young man is just an animal and this 'Infanticide' is why she did it.
BINGO holy sheeet they bought it. But not one bought it and now the whole world suddenly got interested in the trial. Now its a battle of hell your family dog or cat rejects one of their litter.
