    The world we live in?

We are definitely living in the Chinese curse of interesting times.

I don't fully understand the OP's picture, but see problems with the way our nation is heading. The thing that troubles me the most is a drift toward Marxism. Just listening to democrat talking points is almost straight out of communism. So many people want a free ride. At some point, more people will be drawing from the system than paying into it.

One thing that gives me cause for hope: I like what I see with many young people. They're often smarter, more mature, and have a better moral compass than I did at their age. I'm honestly humbled by some of them and can see them picking up where we leave off.

The picture makes sense if you understand that such a thing is the result of decades of anti-US agitprop that has confused a population into paralysis--the intended result were we are the boogie man and the enemy is the "good guy".
