IT'S OFFICIAL: The DOJ has hereby deemed the federal ban on 18-20 year-olds purchasing handguns UNCONSTITUTIONAL
A straight-up violation of the 2nd Amendment.
COMMON SENSE. 2A is clear: SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
We allow 18-year-olds to be DRAFTED into the military, they can go use firearms to risk their lives for our nation, they can receive the death penalty and they can vote
Yet an arbitrary federal law says they can't buy one of the most common types of firearms from licensed dealers
This is LONG OVERDUE! No more enforcing it, gun rights keep expanding! πΊπΈ
