If this chart is accurate, the problem is even worse than described. The chart only tracks "military aged men" aged 18-39. It doesn't account for any of the women or males outside of the 18-39 range. Those two groups of people left out of the chart can be just as dangerous as military aged men. In some cases, they can be even worse.
