Federal agents raid Ilhan Omar’s DC home amid immigration fraud investigation

[Pogo]

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home was raided early Monday morning by the Department of Homeland Security as part of ongoing criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman’s immigration paperwork.
Accusations that Omar and Elmi were brother and sister initially surfaced on a Somali politics discussion board called SomaliSpot — but were also deleted, City Journal previously reported.

She has the proper letter D in front of her name, no issues for her.

[aviator]

She's had plenty of time to hide and/or correct everything since the news first came out a year or two ago.

If I were one of them Feds I might have found some pipe bombs and child porn during the search. Just saying that I might have.

[Sheepdawg]

I heard she had some serious shit on Hillary Klinton. I'd hate for that to get around.

[Solid Snake]

Sorry, but nothing is going to happen to her. A lot of Youtubers and journalists like to sensationalize things like this. But once you make it to Congress/Senate, the rules don't apply. Omar is not being deported. Pelosi is not being charged with insider trading. Etc, etc.

I must respectfully disagree with the "nothing is gonna happen" crowd. For once in many years, our side is playing offense; not defense. Even if nothing comes of it, I am pleased that we're taking action, attempting to push the ball forward farther than anyone thought possible.
