There was a "protest" at my wife's college yesterday, a few hundred students and people from other places instigated by TikTok were protesting in mass against.......Junk Food. Yeah, you read that right, Junk Food....then when told they had to move to another area of campus designated for large meetings, they all left and many wound up at Mc Donalds across the street.

The rioters seem to be targeting things; not people. I'm guessing that the individuals coordinating these riots have made a deliberate decision to crush infrastructure and essential services, bypassing mass killings of people. If I'm in the enemy's shoes, I think they're making a wise move. Europeans will run and hide as their cities burn, but may actually stand and fight if the enemy crosses that line.
