I think that DJT has offered many of the these appointments with the full disclosure that "you will oversee the closure of the organization you will lead." The Department of Education is the lowest hanging fruit. Whoever got that appointment will be basically shutting it down, packing up and turning off the lights before they leave.

I'm not sure what's going to happen to the FBI. DJT could keep in in place and use it as his own tool, completely dismantle it or do many things in between.

Is he a Muslim? I guess Trump must follow the DEI playbook as well. Not impressed at all with his appointments and the fact he clearly is not going to eliminate the DHS.
