There is no case law on whether the president can pardon himself.

But the constitution sets no limit on the presidential power to pardon.
That sounds like obama . . . . I mean biden has the power to pardon all of the illegal felon aliens.

The legal issue is not whether Biden can unconditionally pardon Hunter for any crime making him “above the law”. The issue is whether Biden was a legally elected President. It would be easy to prove fraud in the 2020 elections which would vitiate the election results. Any legislation passed, executive orders released or legislation passed in the Senate as the result of a Harris tiebreaker vote would be nullified. Any pardons issued would not be valid since Biden has no legal authority as a fraudulent President. https://ncrenegade.com/hunter-pardon/#comments
