Just came back from my cardiologist, other than surgery related pains I'm all right. Today he told me I wouldn't have made it to Christmas the way my heart was, Have an echo coming up to verify new valve is doing what it supposed to do and we had a little debate about taking blood thinners..."to be on the safe side" he says, No, I won't take them anymore. 90 days after surgery you discontinue them, BP and some other stuff I can agree to but not blood thinners and one Aspirin a day..... But I'm all right.
