Am I reading this right? This just passed Congress. Serving in a foreign army as a mercenary will net you the same benefits as serving in the US military?

Hell the way our V.A.s are being run under this Dumbocrat regime that may not be the good thing it sounds like. I tried to call the V.A. yesterday from 09:00 to 12:00 and could not get one frigging person to answer the phone. Even their answering machines would disconnect after the second ring.
I finally got the V.A. police 'nice guy' to walk over to the dept. I was trying to reach and verbally leave a message for me. Our V.A. is filled with porch monkeys I wish the Israeli's well.
