The most disturbing part of this story is the casual manner in which the sons were abused. The perps didn't do a very good job of hiding it. One even "bragged" to about what he was doing. They pimped the kids and made videos for distribution. All these actions opened up the crime to more and more witnesses. It was only a matter of time before they were caught.

Here's the thing that bothers me: If they were able to get away with this so easily and for so long, how many others are happening right now and nobody knows? Some truly evil person with good OPSEC could keep something like this under wraps forever.

The positive things that come out of this story is that they pleaded guilty. Secondly, they were essentially given a life sentence. Thirdly, the crime has gained widespread attention and may prevent similar situations from happening.
