GasBuddy projects gasoline prices to drop in 2025

More good news is coming to inflation-weary drivers: Gas prices are expected to drop in 2025 for the third straight year, according to GasBuddy projections shared exclusively with CNN.

GasBuddy, which has accurately forecasted gas prices the past several years, expects the national average for regular gas to fall to $3.22 a gallon next year.

That would mark a modest decline from about $3.33 in 2024 and mark the lowest annual average since 2021.

The forecast for muted prices at the pump is a far cry from the spike above $5 a gallon nationally in mid-2022, an unprecedented surge that rocked the American economy, crushed consumers and became the epicenter of the inflation crisis.

Gas price around here are around $3.20 on average. So according to GB the prices will remain the same.

Good point 44044. Lot of people are staying home. Why? Cause everyone is frigging broke after 4 yrs. with these frigging Dumbocrats. I have a few $$ stashed away but it seems every frigging time I leave the house I drop a frigging $100 on basic necessities.
Crappie season is on around here and their ain't nobody fishing. I catch them right off my dock here. Normally their is a parade of boats trolling my canal like one after another. Lots of Georgia fisherman. Past few seasons like almost nobody. Guys come down get a motel room and fish for a few days.
But the past few seasons I guess nobody wants to spend and they like me are just not traveling. Businesses are raising prices to keep up with the Dumbocrat caused inflation. Supply and demand I guess so gas prices are dropping??
