Bend over & grab your ankles

$6,325.00 is what my homeowners insurance renewal rate went to.

close enough. That's all they need.

See if you can get a roof mitigation inspection to drop the cost of insurance.

When I thought my insurance was too high because I live nearby a river, I called the agent who paid me a visit. The company cancelled my insurance which was ridiculously high & I never heard from them again. That was 35 years ago, so think of the money I saved.

I've been with Allstate for the last number of years. Fucking rates going up a nickel a year for homeowners. Got a quote for Auto Owners hundreds lower premium but they won't replace my roof because its 22 years old. Should I do it? Auto is less too.

I got dropped by my insurance last year. My combo or auto and home owners had been $9K per year. New policies now cost me $13K per year. 50 percent jump in a year, and the old company did not even want the money at all.

I had to go through 14 companies until I found one that would take my house. The forest is nearby, so it is considered a wildfire hazard.

enough to install several new roofs and take care of many other repairs. That's my point of view.

Lloyd's of London?. It's all over the country now, that problem stated down here, now they will look for any excuse to either drop you or increase your policy cost tenfold.

No, USAA. Fuckers. It's run by liberals now, not retired generals. USAA still lets me have a credit card. I guess they figure my credit card will not burn up in a wildfire, but my house and cars will.

My neighbor across the street still has them at a reasonable cost, which is amazing. Has been with them forever.

Check the elevation requirements for homes in your A.O.. Then check yours and if it matches or is above let them know and you get better rates. If its below required levels keepa you mouth shut. ๐Ÿ˜„
