I heard this morning while driving, that 50% of all federal employees ( the ones who work from home?) are determined to resist and or outright defy...using everything and anything in their power... to defy every effort made by PDJT to
move the MAGA agenda to reality.

i can recall when air traffic controllers went on strike...despite it being illegal (the Ferguson Act) and then President, Ronald Reagan ordered them back to work. The ATC's refused..SO...THE RAYGUN....fired them all. There should be a lesson to be learned there.

Seems like a good half of the federal beaurocrats want to be discharged for "unbecoming conduct." Or,perhaps "Failing to appear at place of employment during stated working or business hours." The fuck you updabutt jar is filled to the very brim with "cause for immediate employment termination"

I can only guess at how many Fed V.A. workers are working from home. Hell I don't think it really makes a difference as they don't do a damn thing when they come to the V.A. so they may as well stay home. If the American taxpayer ever got the truth of how much money is being wasted and stolen in the V.A. system across the country their would be riots.
Kickbacks $$ to dept. heads? Nothing and I mean nothing is sold to the V.A. without crossing $$ the dept. heads palms. The V.A.s surgeons are some of the best but us vets have to get through a path of incompetence to get to them. Just like Canada and England our V.A. is Americas socialized medicine and it is a financial disaster.
Show up to work stay home and work? Nothing will change.

The city of Akron Ohio has dozens of "no show" jobs...all are very high paying. most are held by negros. Last I heard there were eleven Deputy Mayors. All Negros. And with the mayor being a moslom and black... Glad I escaped that shithole.

It is too bad that the Trump's circle and himself included put out so much information that wasn't needed until he was in office. The direct result of this is what is being called Biden, Trump proofing the government. I believe 2025 is going to be worse than 2020 as far as civil unrest. When Tom Holman gets cranked up and rolling rounding up the illegals will be enough of a shit storm. It needs to be done and I hope Trump gets all the support from his base he needs we all will have to get involved in some manner or nothing will change.

My first contact with "no nothing" Federal workers was dealing with Department of the Army (DA) civilians working on various US Army bases. Yes; there were some good ones but the bad ones far outnumbered the good. Many were former military and a lot of minority diversity hires. Not only were they terrible workers, but they had horrible attitudes. At almost every base I served on, I encountered the same exact thing.

I have too many examples of horrible DA civilians, but here are a few:

In the 80's in W. Germany I was a 2LT running a rifle range. A White, female range control civilian reported me to my battalion commander for some minor oversight. It wasn't safety related. It was something stupid. My battalion commander knew the people and just ignored her complaint. Days later, one of the captains in my battalion cornered me about the "incident". I told him straight up what an awful pig of a woman this range control lady was. I didn't mince words. I may have even described her as a "cunt". The captain grew increasingly angry the more I talked. Come to find out, that was his wife! When he told me, I replied something like, "I'm so sorry to hear that Sir."

I was doing some work at Ft. Knox, KY and had to visit some offices. At one office, the DA civilian guy was giving me a hard time, demanding all sorts of unnecessary paperwork, signatures and approvals. I knew the protocols and politely explained them to him. He became very angry and threatened to call "The Colonel" if I didn't leave. I smiled, called his bluff and replied, "Great idea! Call The Colonel. I'm not going anywhere." When the O6 arrived, he was a friendly, down-to-earth guy. I showed him the regs and he sided with me. The DA civilian was all red in the face.

These two stories above are rare victories. In the vast majority of may dealings with DA civilians, they win. You just have to shut up and tolerate their poor performance, entitlement attitude and horrible customer service.

I just went to the VA in Cadillac, MI today. As always, the staff is super friendly and professional. All I needed was some blood draws for next week's physical. I'm a complete wimp when it comes to needles, but the nurses did it so quick, I barely felt a thing. The whole time we were laughing and BS'ing.

Johnny I often put the V.A. down but it really is all I have for medical needs. You brought out good points on useless employees. My problem is after 50+ yrs. with them I know the damn place like a book I read a dozen times. Their are essentially two different V.A. systems. In the south here they are packed to the damn hilt with vets. Why?
Older vets want to get away from the snow and ice retire and come down here for the sun and fun. Across the sun belt the hospitals are like Grand Central station in rush hour. V.A.s up north? Busy but nothing like down here. Visiting Conn. seeing family stop at the V.A. and it was a different world. Busy but almost empty compared to what I have grown accustomed to.
D.E.I. and the WHO employee V.A. staff down here think they own the place and you better kiss their ass if you want help. I try to stay clear of them and work with the good ones both Black and White.
