I carry my own insurance, it pays well, I haven't paid a dime on my heart surgery and I get to chose my doctor and hospital, Social Security, I was at the local office once to get a replacement card, was taken care of by a hispanic lady who must have had her period that day, after that I've done everything online. But dealing with state or federal agencies at the clerical level is like taking a crash course in the failure of diversity hiring.
