'Earned her place': Friends grieve Rebecca Lobach, US Army pilot killed in DC crash

When Sabrina Bell called Capt. Rebecca Lobach last Wednesday evening, she hoped to plan a trip to see a dear friend from her time at Fort Belvoir in Virginia.

Now stationed in Alaska as a chief warrant officer 2, Bell badly missed Lobach – her openness, cultured perspective and, most of all, her deep empathy.

Within hours, when she got the call, Bell was hit with a wave of shock, then disbelief. Lobach was one of three military personnel in the Army helicopter that collided with a passenger plane near Washington, D.C., sending both aircraft spiraling into the Potomac River.

The Army withheld the name of Capt. Rebecca Lobach, the US Army pilot killed in a disastrous crash on Wednesday, for an extra day.

    Hmmmm . . . . are we being duped?

Naturally USA Today has to spin Trump's statement. He simply said DEI and didn't point to anyone specific. That said, even a skilled pilot can screw up.

Aviation is very unforgiving, you only screw up once.

She screwed up bad. She was supposed to be at 200 ft. max going through that commercial landing corridor and she was at 400 ft.. That is still playing Russian roulette but they would not have collided. Choppers buzzing around with 800 take offs and landing a day? Someone in the FAA needs a good talking to. That is the single busiest runway in the whole country.
Early in Black Box reports are the commercial spotted the chopper and pulled his stick back to gain elevation but to late.

A damn shame for sure....as aviator said Aviation is unforgiving. Rules are in place for a reason they are not suggestions.

Perhaps the lesbian captain missed her lover who is stationed in Alaska and decided to end her own pain...as homothexuals often do. The DOD had to have time to "scrub clean" any social.media accounts that the freshly departed captain had had in order to avoid embarrassing scrutiny... thus the absurd delay in releasing the lesbians name?

I saw some pictures of her at a "pride" parade. Now days, that could mean anything. We had male troops being ordered to march in those degenerate events in high heels, if you'll recall.

Bingo please stand up we have a winner.

Female Pilot Rebecca Lobach’s Entire Social Media Scrubbed before Army Released Her Name – So What Are They Hiding?

On Saturday the US Army released the name of the pilot of the US Army Blackhawk helicopter that flew into a passenger jet landing at Reagan National Airport.

The crash was on Wednesday. The third pilot’s name, Rebecca Lobach, was finally released on Saturday, three days later.

It took the US Army and Rebecca’s family three days to scrub her social media accounts. They really don’t want the public to know anything about this female pilot.

Full blown lesbian DEI who worked with the Biden admin a bit before jumping ahead of a few dozen fully capable qualified male pilots to become a lesbian DEI pilot who failed most all of her qualifications to fly. Like the U.S. Army Rangers females they have a completely 'easy' separate admissions course to qualify. Google it I ain't kidden.

                (2) Joel Gilbert on X: "The female Black Hawk helicopter pilot, Captain Rebecca Lobach, was not named until today. Was it so they could scrub her social media? Her Facebook page has been wiped. However, her Google+ image is below. If it turns out Lobach was a lesbian DEI pilot, I won't be surprised. https://t.co/t8ShMR57dJ" / X

Come on, I read an article yesterday saying she was a "highly decorated" Soldier. They listed her "decorations" as the Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal and the Army Service Ribbon.

I had to look up that last one. It seems the Army Service Ribbon was introduced in 1981, when they weren't giving out the NDSM, and awarded to anyone who completed training.

Lesbian or not she took an oath, became a military pilot and was willing to put her life on the line for the country. Accidents happen when you fuck up and she did. I also blame the controller for not being more specific on the instructions. She was also very much anti-Trump, that's why her social media got deleted. Hey everybody is entitled to their own ideas, good or bad.

She's dead, let it be. All they are doing is turning her into someone important which she was not.

Yup I agree Fred lesbian is her own personal problem and as long as she does not flaunt it while in uniform so be it. She died in service to her country and for that I give my condolences. BUT?
Now the part about the DEI? She 'supposedly' got good scores on everything for her flying license. Tour guide or whatever at the W.H. with close contact with Slow Joe then given the keys to a Blackhawk? I simplified it but did she step in front of other better all around pilots so they could get more females flying? 'See the Army Rangers DEI Bull Sheeet.'
I made mistakes in the military hell we all serving did. But she screwed up bad in front of the whole world. The anti Trumpers can't be having that time to scrub that computer.
