Not so fast, gentlemen... What if all the Palestinians were gone and we were given ownership of the land? No one dislikes Arabs and Arab culture more than I, but they do own some beautiful real estate I wouldn't mind getting my hands on if they were all gone. The hills just outside of Mosul where FOB Marez was constructed, was actually quite nice. So were some spots along the river.
