R.A.F. Facing Pilot Shortage After ‘Diversity’ Hiring Backfires. White men needed.

With only around 73,000 troops and – believe it or not – only 40 combat-ready battle tanks, it turns out that the shortcomings are also plaguing the Royal Air Force (RAF), that is facing a pilot shortage after a diversity hiring scheme unsurprisingly backfired.


“The RAF now needs a ‘higher number of pilots in training’, according to a document seen by the Daily Mail. Air chiefs want the gaps filled by those who may have previously been rejected.

Absolutely no-one is surprised that the diversity drive led to a shortage of qualified personnel. It was, of course, found to be unlawful to white male would-be recruits.

The air force’s commitment to having 40 percent women and 20 percent of personnel from ethnic minorities by 2030 is, of course, unattainable.

Yes aviator 100% yes I agree you won't get an argument out of me on that. But? That is not what the problem is about them being women or minorities. The thing is they were pushing anyone WHITE and male aside and hiring unqualified women and minorities to fill the ranks. Hell the U.S. Army Rangers now have a female Ranger company? that entered with completely reduced qualifications.
This happened when the D.E.I. Dumbocrats were running and ruining the ranks. They were putting unqualified women and minorities in the RAF just to go with the DEI bull sheeet. Now their begging the White pilots to come back. Do you understand what I am saying??

Oh hell we get the 10 Bears at the reunion in Melbourne each year. The SEALs just break the fake SEALs nose and send them on their way. I smelled something wrong with him when he said he was shot down and captured then escaped and flew again and got shot down again. I think those escaped pilots had to go to the pacific theater if they wanted to keep flying.
Pretty sure Chuck Yeager got shot down and made it back to friendly lines and flew again?? But he had no help from the resistance. Lot of us vets run into those posers and I really don't give a damn long as its not hurting someone. I felt bad for my buddy Merc cause he really had him fooled. 10 Bears was not worthy to shine Mercs shoes.

yeah but you get good and bad of everything everywhere. The Tuskegee were black and had balls of steel, WASP also did a fantastic and sometimes dangerous work ferrying planes and towing targets to be shot at and they were women in WWII. Forget about sex, race or color and concentrate on their abilities to fly and fly well. I've seen white pilots screw up big time too and get everybody killed. Flying is not for everybody, sometimes you need nerves of steel and keep calm, while being very alert and able to concentrate while doing three, four things at a time.
