Group mentality I believe they call it 10-32? Once people are gathered in a group their is a strong desire to go with the group and not stand out.

So to distill it down to simplest terms I think you both are saying the conditions have not gotten bad enough to compel action for most regular Americans. We still enjoy a level of disconnected comfort. I agree with this. I think we elected Trump as a last ditch effort, within the "system" fix. If it fails I think things might get spicy.

It's because there are too many people benefiting from handouts or political favors. They outnumber us.

Maybe some of us are getting up in years and don't desire to live in Yugoslavia 2.0 at this point in time. I'm recently retired and don't really want to act like John Rambo with whatever time I have left. No grandkids to worry about so I won't be saving America for future generations. Not being flippant, just the way I see it.

They didn't have a constitution as rule of the land and didn't have as many lawyers as we have now. It was easy to accuse someone and have him hung back then, Try to do it now. We have become a more civil society with too many laws that protect the criminals and too many barristers who like to see them enforced.
