Doctor says I’m ready for the Olympics, go back to my exercise routine but go slow (which I’ve been doing already for a week). Still have nerve pain from surgery on both sides of my chest but not the heart area. I’ve got a few years left , bring the beer.
Seems I’m OK

I'm pleased to hear the doctor has cleared you for at least a few more years. We all hope he's wrong and it's a lot longer.
You now have the beach house you've always wanted, so that's huge.
My younger brother visited this weekend. He has a pretty healthy outlook on aging. He is facing some serious health issues: type 1 diabetes and wrecked knees but is taking it all in stride. He and his girlfriend are going strong. He sold his motorcycle and is planning on getting a pontoon boat to leisurely float along the river. He absolutely refuses to do any more dangerous ladder construction projects and has made a decision to "slow down".
I'm kinda the opposite. Although retired for 5 years, and am 5 years older than him, I'm driven to complete projects, goals and objectives. Eventually, it's gonna hit me as well. In many respects, it already has. I can't keep the pace of me in my 20's'. I can bust ass outside for maybe 4 hours, then come into the house, eat lunch and crash for 1-1/2 hours. Then I wake up and go another 3 hours and collapse. I still love it. But I can tell my days are numbered.
