I'm trying to buy a Ruger Wrangler .22LR

BUt i want to buy one locally, it seems nobody has one in stock. Grandson will be 9 on Monday and just like his dad and granddaddy he likes that kind of toys. Bass Pro is my last hope, I'm going there tomorrow, heck for $229 I may even get two and keep one to myself.....naw...I got stuff I haven't even shot yet.

    Retvet your's all right?

If it's impossible to find the right Ruger Wrangler, how about something else a 9-year old boy might love equally well:
    - Fishing rod, lures and fixings
    - Camping supplies
    - Cool knife

I like mine. Gave each of my sons a black one with custom rosewood and pearl grips. I also secured one with adjustable sights and an extra cylinder for 22 mag. They are nice. Wish I could find a pair with consecutive numbers. Too bad they don't do a stainless steel version.

If you don't mind the color or can cerecoat it a different color, this place has a super deal on one. $139.99

That is an odd color but the price is great

Love my little single action .22s, but have been a Heritage guy for a long time. Git to admit that Ruger's do have better fit and finish though. Good luck finding one or two.

Nothing local and we must have close to 30 toy stores in Miami. I’ll have to order it, I like the price on that one but the color sucks

I've seen the black ones online for around $189 I believe. Yeah, that purplish color doesn't do it for me either.

He likes to shoot guns, just like his dad and grandpa.

Already got in trouble at school when he started talking about guns. What does an eight year old know about Wokeness? Thank God the school principal goes shooting with my son at the same range so nothing happened and my other son didn't have to get involved. This nonsense needs to stop somewhere.

How about a Ruger single six. It's a better gun. I bought one 1n the 1970s and still have it. I have both the .22lr cylinder and .22 WMR culylinder.

Too expensive for a nine year old kid. His dad can get him one.

Is that new one similar to the old Ruger Bearcat?
