You make an excellent point about how far Detroit has fallen. Vast expanses of the city are literally uninhabitable. The first time I visited Detroit, I was shocked to see just how awful it really is. Nothing changes there. It's still run by the same Black racists; a hallmark of corruption, incompetence and wealth re-distribution.

The government of Wayne County is famous for being difficult to deal with, especially if you're White. A contractor buddy of mine refuses to do business there unless it's under-the-table cash transaction. Years ago, I needed a date of death of in order to purchase a piece of property. Wayne County couldn't have been more hostile. I ended up finding the date on my own by scrolling through hundreds of photos of tombstones.

I'm not completely giving up hope for New York. It's still possible the Republican candidate could win, especially when Whites see they are going to be singled out of higher taxes and no police protection. Secondly; if New York does fail, it could serve as a model of what communism, sharia law, and racist policies can do to a city.

I really don't give a crap who NYC elects as mayor. I don't live in NYC, or NY State for that matter. This is a local affair. This is their problem. This shouldn't be national news. Yeah but Minneapolis, Detroit, and Dearborn never made the national news with their muslim takeovers. Why NYC? Because NYC is soooo superior to the rest of us rubes. Fuck NYC (Sorry Merc). NYC produces nothing. No crops. No mining. No manufacturing. Yet they think they're better than all of us in "fly-over" country". My only fear with this possible muslim mayor is the "conservatives" in NYC fleeing the higher taxes and seeking refuge in places like Tennessee (where I live). They'll suffer their first big snowfall in Tennessee and bitch and scream that there are no snow plows or salt trucks. After enough crying to the heavens, they'll get their wish for a fleet of snow plows and salt trucks, thereby resulting in higher taxes (if they just waited two days after the snowfall, it all would have melted). Big city dwellers (NYC or otherwise) are a cancer, and need to be contained.
