The University of Pennsylvania has agreed to ban transgender women from its women's sports teams, resolving a federal civil rights investigation centered on former swimmer Lia Thomas. The U.S. Department of Education announced the voluntary agreement Tuesday, stating that Penn violated Title IX by allowing Thomas to compete in women's events during the 2021–2022 season.

This knucklehead is a 6'-1" male who was an
extremely mediocre swimmer in the men's division.
Lo and behold , he becomes a record setter in
the women's division , and legitimate women ,
(XX chromosomes and correct parts ) can't
win in their own division .
High school girls lose out on scholarships .
In Connecticut , there were 2 guys dominating
girls track . They were #1 and #2 in the 60 , 100 , 200 meters.
If only the first four girls qualify for big scholarships,
and the first two are guys , then only 2 girls qualify and
maybe some don't go to college .
The guy boxer in the Olympics was uncalled for.
You're going to get people hurt .
If you want to say you're a girl , then you go right ahead .
If you're taking away scholarships or , God forbid , get
sent to a women's prison after your sexual assault charges ,
harges.you may sense some "backlash."

Great news! It's hard to believe this was even an issue. The apology letter along with awarding the REAL winners is a classy move, and well-deserved. However; the only reason they did it is because they HAD to. Many leaders are like water. They always follow the path of least resistance.Comment
