Shooting hormones to blowup your muscles carries a risk

I discovered my nephew the cop was doing it, after he moved out of a house I was renting him I found a box with the stuff, yes it had a doctor's name on it and all. I never said anything to anyone, now he has a heart condition, may need a pacemaker, he's deflated, 41 years old and expecting a daughter. Oops....he never learned the heart is a muscle...at least his wife to be (the greek) is an ER nurse.

71 is too young to die if you ask me but I have my own reasons to believe that.

Darn. I always liked the guy. Never was a huge wrassling fan, but he was always entertaining when I did see him.

Damn that kind of sucks I liked the Hulk.. Probably just guessing those damn steroids? Remember now they used to be 100% legal and it seems a lot of pro athletes were using them. The mega million dollar contracts were hitting the sports world and competition was fierce for those positions. Do the steroids and make the team or the next guy doing them will fill your slot.

In 1992, at age 43, Lyle Alzado died of brain cancer, which he had attributed to his use of performance-enhancing drugs, including steroids.

Alzado was my buddies wife's cousin. They were close and I used to listen to her console him when he was dying. That was the first I heard of steroids he swore he wished he never touched them..

I see some of these kids my sons wrestles and they look they are 30 and built like tanks. Seen it in a lot of HS football players as well.

If I didn’t know any better I’d say they are on something. Hope not for their long term health.

Damn. I guess I'm hitting that age when all the people I grew up watching on TV or listening to on the radio are dying off. Hulk Hogan, Ozzy, Malcolm Jamal Warner (forget his politics, but I grew up watching him on The Cosby Show).

Zach Morris from "Saved By The Bell" better be walking on eggshells.

Don't feel bad, the people our age are the ones dying off.many of us are in the 70's and 80's.
