In my opinion, the rage against this model is fueled by female jealousy. Not all women are like that, for sure; but many ugly/obese women like to lash out at attractive/athletic ones. They spend unholy amounts of time and money on their makeup, nails, clothing, and hair but neglect their bodies. Somehow they believe that this will compensate for their 300 pound physiques. It doesn't. Deep down inside they know they're ugly and feel they can elevate themselves by tearing down others.

Many years ago I worked in a manufacturing facility. At one station on the assembly line, there was a group of ugly/obese women that spent the whole day talking while they worked. Surprisingly, much of the conversation centered on smack-talking the attractive women. One lady in their sights was a tall, slim and athletic lady who was an excellent singer/guitar player. This young lady had everything going for her yet they talked bad about her behind her back.

The things they criticized were: her shoes, simple hair style, lack of makeup, clothing, etc... Stupid stuff.
