.....there are only 23% of, or @610,000, in country Vietnam Vets still alive. I had not realzed that so many of us had shuffled off of the mortal coil. Mortality is a Stainles steel BITCH!!!

All the chemicals they dumped on us I am surprised their are that many. Yup our reunion each year down in Melbourne Fla. is basically over for us. Now the new Troops and the police are taking over. From around a hundred thousand vets, families and visitors to hell about 3 or 400? Now are they deceased? No but 1/2 the crew we ran with are and guys stopped going.

Today a Vietnam vet breathed his last. After the "code blue" excitement had settled down the announcement was made. I was in my chair by the elevators. All vets who could stand, did. Our fallen brother was very slowly wheeled to the lifts, covered by the flag as a very slow taps was played while all vets rendered a final hand salute. There was not a dry eye anywhere.

The chemical BS is still going on. Much of our food stuff and meats are full of bad stuff. Read an article this morning about what they are giving pigs to fatten them up. Pure poison.
