Don't put the generators away just yet.

Caribbean could spawn tropical storm as final month of hurricane season begins

The tropical Atlantic has been quiet since the dissipation of Hurricane Oscar, but AccuWeather hurricane experts say that will change as the final month of the hurricane season begins.

AccuWeather’s Alex DaSilva and Bernie Rayno urges caution as they expect one to three named storms expected to develop from the tropics as we move further into the late stages of hurricane season.

"Atmospheric conditions will be very conducive for development in the central Caribbean from late this week into early next week. Very warm water combined with low wind shear can allow for development," explained DaSilva.

By no means trying to worry anyone but just understand hurricane season ain't over. God willing it does not come about but I wonder how this would effect voting??

Always keep your generator filled if using ethanol. Ethanol absorbs moisture from the air. If it's filled, there isn't any air.

And always let the carburator run out of gas after using the generator.

Yes Fred the news stations are a bit slow on reporting this one. Hell these last two started out small like nothings and sadly turned into millions $ and worse a lot of lives lost.
One thing they all agree on is it will hit Florida? East or west coast their not sure. Damn the water in my back yard finally went down and I am slowly still cleaning up from the last damn storm.
Well sorry bout the depressing news but just keep an eye on this thing.
