Waltz was on his way up the pecking order to be a 1st. Sargent. I am not sure if his fellow troops knew he liked to hang out in little boys bathrooms? Then he was running for a political position in addition to his military career. Orders for deployment to Iraq came in. Whoops you guys have fun I am staying home can't go running for political office.
Now one of his campaign promises? To put Tampons in all school boys rest rooms plus other woman's necessities in with the boys. His fellow troops now call him 'Awaltz.' Among other things.
