7 Most Expensive Machine Guns Sold on GunBroker

In March 2026, the GunBroker market for high-end machine guns remained strong, with transferable firearms dominating top sales due to limited supply and robust collector demand

The highest-priced items featured iconic platforms such as HK, Colt, Polytech, Galil, and Russian firearms, reflecting both historical significance and long-term collector confidence

7 Most Expensive Machine Guns Sold on GunBroker in March 2026 (Up to $55,000)

The fascination with machine guns and collector rising values appear to be a great buy investment. It appears to be a great investment hedge against inflation. An M-60 was going up for auction and pre predicted sale values put it around the $60 to $70,000 range? Not sure what it sold for?
Buy hold for a year sell and pocket $10 or $20,000.

Full auto MP 5’s are a blast, but it’s a lot cheaper to rent them 😂

I see it not unlike home ownership. Sure you can rent a house, but at the end of the year you have no equity. For what I have invested in my H&K MP5K, the return on it has been greater percentage then my first house that I bought in Houston

Your right boon I have posted on this before. Many moons ago gun show I am at Ft. Lauderdale Fl. Full auto transferable M-60 sitting on a vendors table for $10 Grand American. Hell I had to borrow a buck $ from my buddy to buy a beer so the 60 was for sure a no go.
Nice guy says buy and you won't be disappointed. Recent Rock Island auction one going up for sale expected price $60 to $70 grand. Not sure on final price but I bet close to a $100 Grand??

While all M60’s are not created equally, today’s prices Re right around $100k. I have an old friend that could have bought one @ $5K back in the day. Even my G3K that I have $15k is now a $37K gun.
