Hell no!. It's a long story, after everybody died they left the property to the college with the condition the caretakers can live there as long as they are alive. The place is about an acre and a half in a very expensive area but the house is a wooden shack that's falling apart with overgrown vegetation all over and a gate at the front, you don't even get to see the shack from the road and it's about a block away from campus. The wife wound up with the keys somehow.
