When my last pets passed away, I decided that when

But I have promised to take a buddy's lab, if he passes away...

Before my wife killed herself she wanted me to find a home for her dog as she didn't want to burden me. The dog & I grieved together and it was a great help to me, as it was for him. Today he's my dog. When the wife was still alive he was solidly her dog.

I took my mom's blue tick hound when she passed in Feb. Wife got her a Carhart jacket for the winter, the other day at Tractor Supply. The pup fit right in here, becoming best friends with our daughter's Rotty/Pit/mystery breed pound puppy that will never leave here, now. The two are inseparable, now.

Yup good man buddy. I love all animals cats dogs my zoo of wildlife in the back yard to many to name. Dogs? i have no less than 3 at any given time. Not mine the neighbors. Pit bulls, labradoodles, little mutts big mutts. I don't go out a lot and while their owners are gone they hang here with me. My two cats slap them around when they first come here and bingo done now their all buddies. Killer the pit bull 'R.I.P.' would not even make eye contact with my cat Red. He would just hang with us all in the kitchen and steer clear of Red who dared him to look.
