Got to take it easy and don't over do it. Easier said than done though if you're trying to stay active and keep that old age thing away

I've exercised all my life. I talked to my surgeon and after a c-scan said it's a small tear and should heal quickly after surgery.

Good luck with your upcoming surgery Pogo. I had a hernia repair done almost exactly one year ago. I was in surgery for about 40 minutes, a short stay in the hospital recovery room and walked out under my own power. My surgeon told me not to lift anything over 15 lbs for the next 2 weeks. Probably the easiest surgery I've ever had.
