At 400 pounds. I was injecting well over 200 units of insulin a day. Now 52 units per day total. Insulin will make you fat as fuck if you are not careful. Hopefully the insulin dosages just might continue to shrink...as the fat levels continue to go down.

One of my neighbors, National Guard guy was type 1 diabetic, he's lost a lot of weight with the shots, he is doing great now. I just got my shots but I'm going to wait at the advice of my nurse to make sure I didn't get Covid from my wife, don't want to deal with two problems. I also have an echo cardiogram in two weeks to check the internal plumbing and valves.

There seems to be "studies" that indicate some kind of brain damage is caused by continued use of those weight loss injections. Bullshit?

More brain damage than the one the lung/heart machine causes?....I may turn into a Democrat.

More bullshit. Everything I've read indicates they may help prevent dementia and Alzheimer's and increase general cognitive abilities.

What if it's the dementia that's making you forget what caused it in the first place? The world may never know.

There is an old saying that seems to have been lost. Believe in nothing that you read and only half of what you see.
                It certainly applies to todayt.

Down this morning from 246 on May 5th to 224 lbs. Shirts are fitting better. Getting a little worried about my cowboy action shooting holster rig. I'm down to the last notch in the belt. Might have to get another belt made if I get much thinner.

Yes, but it’s already punched as far as it can go.

Just lost 10 lbs in one week, my intake is around 1,000 calories a day, started Zepbound last week but at the lowest dose so the body gets used to it,
