Absolutely! Trump is not draining the swamp, if he was he would not be appointing heads of these unconstitutional government bureaucracies. Well that is a tough call now dinky. According to the made for T.V. movie on Hoover they did not have him exactly touching his assistant friends man tools but they did do pajama party sleepovers.
