The original cuban coffee was done with a strainer like this, you put the grounds in and add boiling water.

Then with time people started using the Moka coffee pot. I am an espresso person once or twice a day, and a couple of regular cups a day.

By the way puerto ricans drink a watered down version of it. I went to a coffee place in Puerto Rico and asked for an espresso, before serving it the guy was going to add water to it..."What are you doing? don't put any water in my coffee" "How can you drink it like that the guy said. damn.
